Permission before publication
Identifiable images of children may be published only after the relevant permission has been verified. A team’s interest registration is not photography consent.
Respectful coverage
Images should focus on the football experience. Do not publish changing-room images, private conversations, distressing moments or content that compromises a child’s dignity or safety. Avoid location and identity details beyond what is necessary for approved event coverage.
Separate choices
Guardian permission for photography, website publication and player profiles must be recorded separately for the stated purpose. Children’s preferences should be respected. Participation does not imply unrestricted media permission.
Removal requests
Use the contact form, choose “Privacy or content removal” and identify the page or image. Do not attach identity documents or further private child information. Requests require appropriate review and verification.
Spectators and partners
Spectators, media and partners must follow event photography rules and obtain their own necessary permissions. No third-party reuse or transfer to TFS Pathway is authorised by a website enquiry. Version: 19 September 2026.
