Information we collect
Team interest and enquiry forms collect an adult representative’s name, contact details, city, basic team information and message. Please do not submit children’s names, identification documents, health information or private family details.
How information is used
Information is used to handle the submitted enquiry, assess team interest and communicate about the selected season or event. Form consent does not grant permission to publish a player profile, use a child’s image or share data with another development platform.
Storage and access
Website submissions are handled by the Rangers Cup website operating team through Cloudflare and stored in Neon Postgres in Singapore. This involves processing outside mainland China. Only authorised operators can access private submissions. A receipt confirms storage; it does not confirm entry or email delivery. Contact details in partnership enquiries are optional.
Retention and removal
Team and partner enquiries are retained for up to 365 days. Private, pending, rejected and hidden feedback is retained for up to 90 days; approved public feedback for up to 365 days from approval. Daily cleanup removes expired records. Content-free moderation logs last up to 180 days; short-lived abuse counters and verification fingerprints up to 24 hours, then the next daily cleanup. You may request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion through the contact form, selecting “Privacy or content removal”. Include your reference, not identity documents. We may verify the request before acting; provider recovery copies expire under their separate retention schedules.
Cookies and analytics
A language cookie remembers your choice for one year. Short-lived security cookies protect forms and receipts. Organiser sessions expire after two hours. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions server-side; technical browser signals are processed by Cloudflare for abuse prevention, and we do not send it feedback text or contact fields. No advertising or third-party audience analytics is enabled. Match tools store local state in your browser; this is separate from official cloud match records. If you change language while filling a registration or partnership form, editable entries are passed once through this tab’s session storage, valid for 15 minutes and removed when read on the destination form. Consent, security tokens and verification are excluded. This does not submit the form.
Children and publication
Community feedback is anonymous by default and does not require an account, email or phone. Do not submit a child's real name, school, address, image, contact or sensitive information. Children under 14 should ask a guardian to help submit a non-identifying idea. Private feedback is never published; public sharing requires a separate choice and human review. If identifying child information is found, operators must keep it private and remove it, rather than treating a feedback checkbox as verified guardian consent. Player profiles and photography require separate verified permissions.
Contact and updates
Use the contact form for data questions or removal requests. The website operating team reviews these requests. We do not use children's submissions for advertising, profiling or automated eligibility decisions. Event-specific notices may add details when a tournament is confirmed.
