RANGERS CUP / 2026 MATCHDAYS

Rules

Age eligibility, squad sizes, match formats, fair play and matchday rules for Rangers Cup youth tournaments.

Classic Football

U8, U10 and U12 competitive groups are separate. Entry eligibility, squad sizes, match length, substitutions, equipment, officials, discipline and tie-breaks are confirmed in the session briefing. Do not infer a confirmed place from an enquiry.

Fun Football

Game Modes apply for an entire round; Power Cards are temporary and require referee approval. All current creative rules are experimental. Both teams receive a briefing before activation. Use one modifier at a time; safety instructions always override game rules.

Adult participation

Coach Play and Parents Play are separate non-contact accuracy challenges. Pause the youth match, keep children outside the challenge lane and resume only after the adult leaves. Adult target hits do not change the youth match score.

Matchday care

Wear suitable footwear and shin guards for football matches. No dangerous contact, abusive language or pressure to continue when uncomfortable. Coaches and guardians supervise their own players and follow referee instructions. Stop for unsafe conditions; the organiser communicates weather changes or cancellations.

Participation and changes

The organiser confirms venue, availability, participation arrangements and any applicable terms before entry. Submitting interest does not reserve a place. This website does not collect payments.

Photography

Participation is not blanket permission for photography. Follow the separate media policy and respect guardian consent and opt-out requests.
